Procurement Value Analysis
Understanding your third party expenditure is not just about the who, what, when and why of buying. It is about how to derive value from the knowledge that you have in your people, the types of markets and suppliers with which you engage and the trends and drivers in those markets. Smarter planning, market engagement, shaping and negotiation is the only way to deliver tangible results.
We collate your spend data into an easily understandable format and strengthen it, when required, with a full a ProClass classification service and contract analysis. You will then be ready to produce evidence based resource plans and business cases that command attention and improve outcomes.
