Our Contract & Relationship Management programmes have benefited organisations for over 20 years.
We offer three options, designed to meet the differing requirements of individuals within their varied roles in commercial contracting.
The Basics
This provides an overview of the basic principles of contract and relationship management for non-specialists at all levels.
It explores the key reasons as to why C&RM is so important and sets out the dos and don’ts for contract managers.
Delivered on site for up to 14 people from your own and/or neighbouring authorities.
£1,000 fixed price. Programme duration is half a day.
Clients include London Borough of Enfield, Newport City Homes, Aster Group, Thurrock Council, Braintree District Council, Colchester Borough Council, Vine HR and Stevenage Borough Council.

In Action
This covers a mixture of the theory and practice of contract and relationship management and the management tools and techniques used. It is designed to help non-specialists build the skills and knowledge needed to tackle C&RM with confidence.

£1,250 fixed price. Programme duration is a full day.
Includes a contract surgery - bring your problematic contracts for review and discussion.
Clients include Stevenage Borough Council, Southend Borough Council, Cambridgeshire County Council and Ipswich Borough Council.
Advanced
This is designed for experienced contract managers to advance their existing knowledge by testing and honing their research, analytical, negotiation, organisational and presentational skills by working in a team using a live case study.
You will experience challenges and problems just like in real life which you will need to resolve, but in a safe environment to allow you to experiment and sharpen your skills.
Delegates must:
Have sound knowledge and hands on experience of contract and relationship management,
Have regular engagement with suppliers/contractors,
Understand contract and relationship management and the techniques involved.
Delivered on site for up to 10 people from your own authority and/or a group of authorities working in partnership.
£2,250 fixed price. Programme duration is a full day.
Individual coaching and feedback provided.
We assume that all those attending are already experienced contract managers.
